We have expanded the capabilities of the existing UI to include even more device related information. Now with the click of a button, you can dive into specific devices to get the full story about the health and history of the area it's monitoring.
Accessing Device details
There are several ways to access device details in the Abound application. You can navigate to the Device Manager page, which displays all devices associated with a customer’s building. Additionally, you can navigate to the Monitor page and select the specific device from the Devices panel. If floor plans are available, you can see device placements directly on the visual layout in the Monitor page. Each method provides a seamless way to dive into the full device details page and insights.
Device Overview
Click on the device of your choice to open the device overview page.
This page displays all the basic device-related information, including:
1. Quick Status of the Device
Active Status: Indicates whether the device data streaming is active or offline.
Device Running Mode: Shows the current mode of the device (Auto / Off / Cool).
Current Zone Status: Displays the current status of the zone (Cooling / Heating / Off).

Current Humidification Mode: Shows whether the humidification mode is off or on.
Current Dehumidification Mode: Shows whether the dehumidification mode is off or on.
2. Device Overview
Indoor Temperature: Displays the highest (H) and lowest (L) indoor temperatures recorded by the device in the last 24 hours.
Current Temperature: Displays the current temperature of the area where the device is installed.
Heating and Cooling Setpoint: Displays the heating and cooling setpoint configured in the device.
Current Humidity: Displays the current humidity level of the area where the device is installed.
Current CO2: Displays the current CO2 level in the area.
3. Device Details
This section displays ConnectStat device-related information, including the equipment type, device serial number, starting date of measurement, and a link to the Connect device login.
Clicking on Device Settings Login, you will be redirected to the ConnectStat login page where device settings can be reviewed and updated.
4. Device Location
This section displays the location where the device is installed on an interactive visual map.
Click on F (Floor)and R (Room) to navigate to the space navigator for a visual map representation of the floor and room where the device is installed.
5. Graph Overview
The graph on the right displays the day value, and you can also view data for the week, month, year, or select a custom range. It shows indoor temperature, humidity and CO2 levels, if available. Use the time selector to switch between week view, month view, year view, or to pick a custom range.
Device Performance
To check the device performance, switch to the Performance tab. This page provides a summary of device performance, including Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) overview, Setpoints, and HVAC Stats, presented in an interactive graphical view.
IAQ
The graph displays the current day values by default, and you can also view data for the week, month, year, or select a custom range. It shows indoor temperature, indoor humidity, and indoor CO2 levels, if available. Use the time selector to switch between week view, month view, year view, or to pick a custom range. You can also select/deselect metrics using the checkboxes on the left as per your choice.
Setpoints
The graph displays both cooling and heating setpoints, allowing you to compare them against the actual indoor temperature. You can also select or clear the checkboxes on the left as needed. This feature enables you to track indoor temperature fluctuations over time and observe how they align with system activity.
HVAC Stats
This HVAC stats graph provides a visual representation of key system metrics over a specific time period. It displays indoor humidity, outdoor temperature, indoor temperature, zone status, and supply air temperature (if available) based on the data received from Ayla-connected devices. The graph aligns these values with HVAC system activities, including when cooling, heating, or fan operations are active.
Users can monitor system performance, track temperature and humidity fluctuations, and analyze how HVAC operations correspond to environmental changes. This enables efficient system monitoring and data-driven decision making.
Device Alerts
To check the active device alerts, switch to the Current Alerts tab.
The Current Alerts section provides real-time visibility into active alerts related to building and environmental conditions. Abound supports two types of alerts: WELL Score Alerts and Custom Alerts.
WELL Score Alerts are based on predefined WELL building standards and IAQ thresholds, contributing to an overall healthy building score. These alerts are at the space level. Custom Alerts allow you to define specific device or space conditions, such as triggering an alert when the temperature in a room falls below a defined value.
Active alerts are displayed on this screen for immediate acknowledgement, ensuring prompt response and issue resolution. You can manage the alerts by clicking on the three dots on the right.
You can also access the Alert Center to view and manage all active alerts, supporting efficient monitoring and system optimization.
