Custom alerts allow you to set your own IAQ thresholds, catering to your unique needs. These alerts are specific to a space rather than a user, so you can share them with your team. You can tailor custom alerts by spaces or devices in a specific building or across multiple buildings in your portfolio.

Unlike the WELL Building Standard alerts, custom alerts will not appear on your dashboard. You will receive email notifications when a custom alert is triggered.

For example, you can create a custom alert for three buildings with temperature conditions of greater than 80° and duration time for greater than two hours (120 minutes). This means that if the three specified buildings reach a temperature of 80° that lasts for more than two hours, you will receive a notification.
